Mr Riaz Gull – Chairman
Mr Riaz Gull is a distinguished legal professional, experienced community leader and dedicated public servant. He was elected Chairman of the Slough Conservative Association in July 2026, bringing more than two decades of legal, leadership and community experience to the role.
Called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn and admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, Mr Gull is the Founder and Principal Solicitor of Gull Law Chambers. He has extensive experience in immigration law, judicial review, family law and public law, and is widely respected for his advocacy, professional leadership and commitment to supporting individuals and families.
He believes in constructive leadership, strong local representation and working collaboratively with councillors, party members, businesses, voluntary organisations and residents to help build a safer, more prosperous and united Slough.
Community Leadership
Mr Gull is also Chairman of the Sharifa Ibrahim Foundation, through which he provides strategic leadership for initiatives focused on education, community development and social empowerment.
His community work has included supporting:
- Access to education and skills development
- Leadership training for young people
- Women’s empowerment
- Youth engagement and sports development
- Environmental and community improvement projects
- Support for vulnerable and underrepresented residents
He is also recognised for providing pro bono legal advice through mosques, community centres and public forums, helping individuals and families who might otherwise struggle to access professional legal support.

Advocacy, Media and Education
Mr Gull regularly works with Members of Parliament, civic leaders and community organisations to promote legal awareness and advocate for positive social change.
He has delivered seminars and lectures at leading academic institutions, including the University of Oxford and the University of Aberdeen. For more than a decade, he has also appeared on television programmes to provide legal guidance and raise public awareness of important legal and community issues.
Through his leadership of the Slough Conservative Association, Mr Gull aims to bring people together, strengthen the Conservative voice across Slough and develop an active, inclusive and forward-looking local Association.
